COSTS:

ALL PROGRAMS ARE 4 WEEKS LONG THAT RANGE FROM 3-5 WORKOUTS A WEEK. THEY WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU THE WEEKEND BEFORE YOUR START MONTH.

Program Coaching + Videos: (Offers of watching up to 14 videos a week of your lifting)
Members: $60 / Non-Members: $90

Program Coaching:
