COSTS:

ALL PROGRAMS ARE 4 WEEKS LONG THAT RANGE FROM 3-4 WORKOUTS A WEEK. THEY WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU THE WEEKEND BEFORE YOUR START MONTH.
