Event 1 – Time Cap 10 Minutes
EMOM 5 Box Jumps
While finishing the following…
30 Burpees
30 Deadlifts – 225/155#
30 Shoulder to Overhead – 95/65#
Scaling Options: Men Deadlift: 185#, Shoulder to Overhead: 75#. Women Deadlift: 115#, Shoulder to Overhead: 45#

Event 2 – Time Cap 8 Minutes
Wall Balls – 20/14#
10-20-30
Power Cleans – 165/103#
9-6-3
Scaling Options: Men Power Cleans: 135#, Women Power Cleans: 63#, Wall Ball: 10#

Everyone and anyone can scale their workouts, they can do one workout RX and the other scaled. This is strictly meant for people to push themselves and have fun. CrossFit is about relative fitness. So everyone, scaling or not, will be competing in the same competition.
